School of International Business

     The School of International Business of Dongfang College is committed to cultivating applied international business talents to serve the development of national and local foreign economic sector. The school has 4 undergraduate programs, namely International Economics and Trade, International Business, Cross-border E-commerce, and Business English. There are over 900 students studying at the school currently.

     The School of International Business has 32 full-time faculty members, including 4 professors, 6 associate professors, and 22 lecturers. In addition, the School invites a number of industry experts from foreign trade and economic enterprises to serve as part-time instructors and practice mentors. Our faculty members are known for their rigorous teaching style and their commitment to being role models for students.

     The School actively promotes school-enterprise cooperation and the integration of industry and education, continuously improving its practical teaching conditions. It houses International Business and Cross-border E‑commerce Laboratories and an English Language Lab. It has established close collaborative relationships with the Tai’an Municipal Bureau of Commerce, the Shandong Cross‑border E‑commerce Association, the Tai’an E‑commerce Association, and a large number of foreign trade and economic enterprises. The School has consecutively been awarded the title of “Outstanding Cooperative Institution” by the Shandong Cross‑border E‑commerce Association.

     The School takes as its mission the cultivation of outstanding talent for society. Adhering to a student‑centered approach, it places great emphasis on students’ academic progress and physical and mental well‑being, providing comprehensive support for every student’s growth and success.
